Does your system work on both PC & MAC?

You can access Bunk1 DB from both a PC and a MAC. If you are using a PC then you should use the latest version of Internet Explorer as your web-browser. If you are using a Mac, then you should use Safari as your web-browser. Using Firefox or other web-browsers may interfere with some of the features in Bunk1 DB.

Can I import all my information from my current database into your system?

Yes, you can move all your information stored in your current database into Bunk1 DB. We use a very simple data import process which allows you to retain your data from as many years as you would like.

Can my families pay with a credit card?

Of course your families can pay by credit card. Bunk1 DB takes payments directly online via credit card. If you currently accept credit cards as a form of payment, we can tie your current merchant account directly into DB. Pay the same percentage for both online and offline charges. If you need a merchant account, we can help you get one with some of the lowest rates available. Get immediate access to your money since your bank account is connected directly to online registration.

What security features does your system have?

Because Bunk1 DB is web-based your data is more secure. We have 128-bit encryption, are firewall protected, and run redundant servers with real time information.  We also perform daily backups that are stored off site. 

What are some upgrades you are working on for the future?

We are constantly making improvements to the Bunk1 DB database. Some features we will have available very soon are an Online Staff Application, Online Medical Form, ACH payments added to Online Registration and much more!

Can I use the Online Registration portion only?

Yes, in the Online Registration ONLY setup, parents fill out the information online, which is then stored securely by Bunk1 DB. You can then take your data out of the system in two ways; by printing out custom designed forms (they can even look like your paper application) or by exporting the data into an Excel spreadsheet (which can they be imported into your existing camp management system).
