One of the great things about Bunk1 DB is how it can streamline your communication with parents, campers, leads, and alumni. The best way to do this is through bulk emails. There are a number of different ways to send emails through Bunk1 DB. You can send an email to an individual camper, a select group of campers or your entire database with the click of a button.

You can also personalize each individual email to merge in specific information from the database (e.g. First Name, Session, etc.) and each recipient will get their own, unique email.

Here are some ways to use Bunk1 DB to improve your communication:

• Replace all your current mailings with blast emails instead
• Send a reminder email to all parents about important forms (Medical, etc.) with those forms attached
• Send an alert to parents when registration for next year is available – and remind them that all their information is already entered in the system (this will increase your retention rate).
• Easily target campers from last summer who have not signed up yet
• Send out alerts to registered campers about exciting events or updates at camp
